WIN India kicks off in Delhi; to push “Make in India”

WIN India, the Indian edition of Hannover Messe, inaugurated its 3-day exhibition today at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
 The event is set to showcase over 400 companies and exhibit more than 4,000 products and country participation from Germany, Italy, China, Taiwan and Korea with an expected visitor turn out of more than 15,000 across India, a statement released by the organisers said.
Paving the way for Smart Manufacturing, bringing together world-class technologies and machinery from India and across the globe, WIN India 2015 is bringing together 4 concurrent shows. Special events at WIN India will be CeMAT Applications Park, Automation Application Park, WIN Industry Summit and Automation Training Zone in association with Automation Industry Association. Leading manufacturing giants as well as SMEs will be demonstrating complete range of products and services, from Hydraulics and Pneumatics to Electro-Mechanical Transmission, automation components to process and factory automation systems, materials handling equipment to logistics infrastructure systems. Surface technology products to electroplating and surface engineering techniques. These shows will be special attractions for the industry.
On association with WIN India as partner State, Dr. Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh expressed, “Chhattisgarh is committed to make PM’s vision of ‘Make in India’ a reality and is promoting ‘Make in Chhattisgarh’ on the same lines. After being accredited as one of the top five investment destinations in the country for ‘Ease of Doing Business’, Chhattisgarh is ready to take off in innovative and sunrise sectors. The state of Chhattisgarh welcomes businesses to leverage the state as a strategic location, from where they can implement growth strategies and manage & integrate their business operations for the region and beyond.”
